RELEASE OF IRS LIENS

If you owe taxes, the Internal Revenue Service will automatically file a Federal Tax Lien to prevent you from disposing of your assets. This lien will ruin your credit rating, prevent you from obtaining personal and business loans, and prevent refinancing of your home and other property. The Internal Revenue Code provides a variety of solutions. You may be able to sell an asset, refinance your real estate, or even have the lien released. If you have a Federal Tax Lien filed against you that is hurting you financially, don’t lose hope. There are several ways to resolve this dilemma.
