There are many people in our community who are concerned for the welfare of less fortunate citizens. Often, they feel compelled to set aside some of their assets to be used to benefit specific charities or charitable needs.

Over the past 35 years, I have established and advised private foundations, public charities and museums, charitable trusts and others on forming, operating and closing these entities.
